“Horror … Murder … Psychic Remote Viewing … Demons … Sexy Protagonist … What more could you want in a noirish supernatural thriller?”
- Byron Rupert McCafferty, Seattle Book Journal
“A damned good read … and I use damned deliberately.”
- H.L. Osterman, Short Changed
Hold on tight! Here’s a white hot slice of neo-noir, a love story bound by razor wire, a Gnostic fable about the Powers who rule us and our attempt to wrest control back from Them. Rainbeaux Le Blanc is a woman who runs from secrets into mystery. After leaving her Federal job as a Remote Viewer, she moves to Austin, Texas. Sparks fly when she meets Sam Chessman, a once affluent preppie, now a working class policeman. Rainbeaux tries to help Sam with a horrifying murder case. What they find is a demon-worshipping cult whose members have multiple personality disorder. Sam discovers he is destined to be a meat puppet for the Lord of the Air, a demon worshipped the world over by the rich and powerful. Now Rainbeaux is in a race to help Sam save himself, and to confront a super being that can destroy our world with a whisper.
