Melba J. Duncan is the Founder and President of The Duncan Group, Inc., a retained search and consulting firm. Since 1985, the firm has been advising CEOs and other corporate leaders regarding specialized senior management support resources. The firm operates internationally and offers expertise in recruitment, organizational consulting, coaching, and executive-level training for administrative staff.

Dr. Caldwell is the 4th Lieutenant Governor and 35th Secretary of State of New Jersey. He served as the 15th President of Centenary University (2023–2025). In public service, he was a New Brunswick Board of Education member for 26 years and a Deputy Commissioner in the NJ Department of Community Affairs.
